What's your favorite place to eat out at on the weekends?

I have always wondered where my friends and their families go out to eat when they are able to. though recently, i myself havent been seen going out to eat as much as before when gas prices were tolerable. when my fridge is empty, i usually like to go pig out at the nearest Old Country buffet, aka Hometown/Country buffet in other states (i live near Chicago). i want to expand my list of places to eat before i die, so please feel free to list as many places you can think of. these places can be take-out, upscale (pricey), or family restuarants. though id prefer to try somewhere thats closer to home, ill consider all but the most remote destinations.
