Anyone care to comment or critique a new poem?

It is very well written, and is of good subject matter, but I too think that it ends a little abruptly. I think it needs one more verse perhaps, just to give a little more detail. Maybe not all the way to the nest leaving, in fact, the last 2 lines of the ending verse could be changed, maybe moved down as the ending and just put a little more detail between. It just seems a little short. It is a good poem though. Thanks for sharing.
