Is there anyway to defragment or optimize the disk in My ipod touch 4th gen?

i ask because i have downloaded and removed tons of stuff and its getting ever so slow these days. the older ipods with the hard disk people used to defrag them in winodws. but i not sure what to do with My 4th gen ipod touch. are there any toold or anything i can use to defrag it or make it fast again?
