Drinkin' Coffee Since Age Seven?

I'm 13, I've been drinking coffee every single day since i was 7 years old. My Friends didn't start drinking coffee until they were 12 and i'm taller than most of them. Do you think it would be good for me to keep drinking it? I think that because i've been drinking it so long it might mess with my body to just stop... i dont know.
