Gestational sac and sonogram?

I had another sonogram today. I had blood work earlier this week and my levels had more than doubled. On my sono today the gestational sac grew but still no yolk sac. I am very worried but the sono measure me at 5 wks and 4days. My last period was 10-2....could this really just be an early pregnancy???
