After Tito Ortiz beat Ryan bader..what was it that he was doing/'miming' afterward?

i couldnt tell! i replayed it several times and couldnt figure it out. It looked like he was digging somethign up, then he cleared the dirt with his hands like he found lost treasure and then after that i was lost (NOTE: i maybe completely wrong about what i saw)
