Can a motion to vacate be ruled in favor of defendant ?

I am the landlord and my former tenant did not file an timely intention to defend. She retained counsel the day prior to court and the judge granted a motion for continuance in Maryland. Next court date, neither the tenant or her lawyer showed to court and we won a default judgment. The tenant without a lawyer filed out a motion to vacate judgment saying she arrived at the wrong court house 25 minutes late and like the trial to be reheld (instead of vacate of default judgment). Do you think the judge will reverse it?
