Could I have appendicitis?

Ok well i'm a female, 13 but 14 in 5 days. For nearly 2 weeks i've had stomach pain and recently i started having a lot of pain in my lower right side. I have been feeling sick (but i haven't actually been sick) and haven't felt very hungry the past few days. Is it possible that i have appendicitis? I am not on my period and i'm a virgin.
