I blew up and got aggressive with the helpline volenteers , is it a big deal?

I think the Samaritans provide a wonderful service..I have needed them myself and i realize that they are capable of misshandling a situation..If you have a genuine complaint you can contact their head office but i can tell you this,if i was trying to help someone and they screamed at me,i too would hang up.....................
