Please help me!?

You refill the water dish, and you fill the food bowl, but do you take the dog for regular walks? Are you the one that lets the dog out when he needs to go? Do you train him to be socially acceptable to the family and community?? Maybe your mom is afraid that you'll just end up with 2 dogs that run around the house all day cause no one is training the first one ??
